Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's
At the start of 2020, early into the stay at home ordinance of the pandemic, the digital creative team was assigned the task of redesigning the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's websites. It became clear that our eCommerce shopping experience did not match the quality of our in-store shopping experience.
We teamed up with our UX/UI team and got to work identify the audience of the brand, got to know their interaction stories with the website, and created a user flow chart. Once we established our typical online shopper; we got to work creating a sitemap, wireframes, low and high fidelity mockups. Finally, after the redesign was complete, we tested the users experience before we launched the new websites. It is safe to say, our users are much happier with their eCommerce shopping experience.
